Who provides Blinky
Blinky is provided by Axetech Innovations. You can reach us at info@axetechinnovations.com.
An account is optional
Blinky works fully without an account. An account only adds syncing, so your things follow you to your other devices. These terms apply when you create or use one. You need to be at least 13 to make an account, and if you are under 18 a parent or guardian should agree first.
Keeping your account safe
Keep your password to yourself, and tell us if you think someone else has got into your account. You are responsible for what happens in your account, unless it happened because of a mistake on our side.
Using Blinky fairly
Please don't try to get into anyone else's account. Don't overload or attack the server, and don't use Blinky to store anything unlawful.
Your things stay yours
Everything you write in Blinky belongs to you. You let us store it and send it back to your devices, and nothing more.
The app itself
We let you use Blinky on your own Macs for your own use. The app, its faces, sounds and name stay ours. If you got Blinky from the Mac App Store, Apple's standard licence for apps also applies.
Blinky is provided as it is
We work hard to keep Blinky running and your data safe, but we can't promise it will never fail. As far as the law allows, Axetech Innovations is not responsible for losses that come from using Blinky, including lost data. Each Mac keeps its own copy of your lists, which helps if the server ever has a bad day. Nothing in these terms takes away rights you have under consumer law that cannot be signed away.
If we change or stop the service
Syncing is free today. If we ever plan to stop it, we will tell you at least 30 days before. Blinky keeps working on your Mac without the server, and your lists stay on each Mac.
Ending your account
You can delete your account at any time, in Blinky or on the account deletion page. Deleting waits 30 days, then erases everything on our server. We may close an account that breaks these terms, and we will tell you why by email.
The law that applies
These terms are governed by the laws of the Federal Republic of Nigeria, including the Nigeria Data Protection Act 2023.
Changes to these terms
When these terms change, the version and date at the top change too. If a change affects you, we will tell you in Blinky or by email before it applies.
