Delete your Blinky account
You can delete your account in Blinky or right here. Either way, nothing is erased for 30 days, so you can change your mind.
In Blinky on your Mac
- Open Blinky Settings and choose Account.
- Press Delete account at the bottom.
- Read what happens, then press Continue.
- Type your password, or confirm with Apple or Google.
What is deleted and what is kept
Deleted after 30 days
Your account, your name and email, everything synced to our server, and the list of your devices.
Kept
Everything on each Mac stays there and keeps working. Clipboard history and the Shelf never left your Mac.
The 30 days
- Day 0You ask. Every device is signed out, and we email you the date.
- Day 1 to 30Sign in to Blinky on any device to keep your account. Everything comes back as it was.
- After 30We erase it. Our nightly backups lose it 14 days later.
No Mac to hand?
Type the email you use with Blinky. We will send a link that works once, for 60 minutes.
An account made with Apple that has no email address can only be deleted inside Blinky.
